I hate to sign in and out of blogger. Takes up so much time.=X Well, no choice, thats the only way. Boredom is the only word i can think of these days. As i have trainings four days a week and im not really sure if we will get any results after so much hard work we have put in. However, i feel dat being in this team( water polo) brings mie lots of motivation. Partly because ( well, i can say that) our team captain is determine and brings everything together. I can say that he is a good leader( At least he is not so 'nuah'. Yup. Overall, the team is gradually improving in its team spirit, which is a good sign=) Today's training was rather strenuous. I led them for stretching.We had circuit trgs as warm ups and later we started jogging to the Bedok reservoir. Actually we thought we were going to run the whole of it with additional of some checkpoints where we need to do some obstacle trainings such as 'duck walk', squats, jumps. So SIONG!
But then, i kept telling myself :If training doesn't kill u, it will make u stronger! And i continued until the end of the training. Thk God i survived dis training..Heh
